Ray has overseen 15 development syndicates and achieved the following results to date:

  • 1995 3 villa units in Maribyrnong, all sold within a year of construction
  • 2009 26 warehouses in Laverton, all sold
  • 2010 12 warehouses in Campbellfield, all sold
  • 2011 10 warehouses in Hallam, all sold
  • 2011 13 of 13 apartments in Moonee Ponds, all sold together with a café and 3 offices
  • 2012 obtained a town planning permit for a site in West Street, Brunswick, on sold it for a profit
  • 2014 currently building an 18 unit plus a café development over five levels at 747 Sydney Road, Brunswick, only four apartments left
  • 2014 just completed over 10 units over three levels at 478 Albion Street, Brunswick West, all sold for a profit
  • 2015 construction has commenced on 1226 – 1230 Malvern Road, Malvern which will be a five level building with 28 apartments, 27 have been sold off the plan
  • 2015 just obtained a town planning permit for 93 – 97 Rose Street, Essendon which will be a five level,mixed use building which comprises an IGA shop, offices and 19 apartments. $5m worth of stock has been sold off the plan
  • 2015 VCAT hearing in early 2015 for an 18 apartment, 3 level town planning permit application for 281 Barkers Road, Kew
  • 2015 1220 – 1224 Malvern and Spring Road, Malvern will be a four level, 31 apartment building. The plans have been advertised and we are waiting on a consultative committee meeting with Council
  • 2015 1258 Malvern Road, Malvern, we expect 6 apartments plus commercial space over four levels (the tenant is currently Sukhumvit Thai Restaurant)
  • 2015 1789 – 1793 Malvern Road, Glen Iris, our proposed scheme is 37 apartments over three and a half levels
  • 2015 4 Kingston Street, East Malvern, 13 apartments on three levels, lodged with Council
